Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at support@velzes.com with your name and order number.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact your local carrier first for assistance.

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
